We are looking for a driven and commercially focused Student Leasing Consultant to join our team, based at our Space Cafe Sales Hub in the heart of St Andrews. This is a Full‑time position, Tuesday to Saturday. This is a highly commercial, commission‑based role where performance is directly rewarded. You will be responsible for generating your own leads, managing enquiries, and converting prospects into confirmed bookings. You will take full ownership of the sales journey, from first conversation to securing signed contracts, playing a key role in achieving occupancy targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new leads through daily engagement, outreach, and on‑the‑ground activity.
  • Manage and respond to all enquiries, ensuring a fast, professional, and conversion‑focused approach.
  • Guide prospective residents through the booking process, from initial interest to signed contract.
  • Drive conversions by building rapport, understanding needs, and confidently closing sales.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage your pipeline effectively through the CRM system.
  • Represent the Space brand from the Sales Hub, creating a strong and engaging presence on South Street.
  • Work independently to deliver against individual sales targets.

About You

  • Highly motivated and target‑driven, with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Confident working independently and taking ownership of results.
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging with prospective students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilient, proactive, and energized by a fast‑paced sales environment.
  • Previous experience in sales, hospitality, retail, or a customer‑facing role is beneficial but not essential.
