Job Overview

As a Sous Chef you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of our kitchen. You will work alongside our Head Chef to deliver exceptional dishes, maintain high standards, and lead a team of dedicated chefs. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in managing all kitchen operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and consistency.
  • Contribute to menu development with creative and seasonal dishes.

  • Oversee food preparation and cooking, ensuring all dishes meet our high standards.

  • Assist with ordering, inventory management, and food cost control.
