As a Junior Chef de Partie at Scotsman Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering high-quality dishes while maintaining the highest kitchen standards. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to the highest standards.

- Assist in maintaining kitchen stock levels and ensuring waste is minimized.

- Take responsibility for preparing dishes for service, liaising with the Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods.
