The Role
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in leading the team and delivering an experience worthy of Rosette recognition and beyond.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Overseeing the smooth day‑to‑day running of the restaurant
- Delivering consistently exceptional guest service
- Leading, coaching, and inspiring staff and supervisors
- Maintaining and elevating service standards in line with Rosette aspirations
- Taking full operational responsibility in the Manager’s absence
- Creating a polished yet welcoming atmosphere that reflects the prestige of the venue

- Has experience in a similar hospitality leadership role
