The Role

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in leading the team and delivering an experience worthy of Rosette recognition and beyond.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Overseeing the smooth day‑to‑day running of the restaurant
  • Delivering consistently exceptional guest service
  • Leading, coaching, and inspiring staff and supervisors
  • Maintaining and elevating service standards in line with Rosette aspirations
  • Taking full operational responsibility in the Manager’s absence
  • Creating a polished yet welcoming atmosphere that reflects the prestige of the venue
  • This is more than a supervisory role; it’s a leadership position within a restaurant on an upward trajectory.

    • Has experience in a similar hospitality leadership role
    • Understands high service standards within quality‑driven environments
    • Leads confidently from the front and motivates teams to excel
