Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead one of our premier venues. As a General Manager with Scotsman Group, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, and driving both financial and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the venues operations, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of professionals, fostering a positive and dynamic working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licencing regulations.
  • Monitor and manage financial performance, including budget control, revenue generation, and cost management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales and profitability.

  • Drive marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain regular clientele.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality, leisure, or a similar industry.
