We are a second generation apparel decorating business, based at Sighthill.
We work with a range of clients from schools, universities, corporates, events, festivals to visitor attractions.
We design and manufacture everything in house.
We are looking for a proactive key relationship executive to join us on a part time basis.
Ideally 20/25 hours a week split over five days.
However this could increase as the role develops for the right person.
You will be tasked with looking after a range of clients.
Your role will be to manage their needs from initial enquiry through to making sure the orders are dispatched on time.
You will foster these relationships to help drive sales and be happy to travel to visit them if/when required.
Most are Edinburgh based, some are based in the Highlands.
As a small team you must be willing to “roll your sleeves up” and get involved helping will all parts of the business when required.
No two days are the same, it’s a fast paced environment so you must be able to pivot when required and deal with pressure. However it’s also lots of fun, and full of colour!
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or account management role.
- Confident using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop to create and amend artwork.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise workloads.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Experience within the branded clothing, print, promotional products or signage industry.
- Understanding of print-ready artwork and production processes.
- Experience preparing customer proofs and artwork approvals.
- Experience processing orders, quotations and invoicing.
- Knowledge of garment decoration methods (DTF, embroidery or screen printing).
- Experience using CRM or job management software.
