\nWith this exciting opportunity of SGA Superloo, Job-Share based at Queen Street, it provides a high standard cleaning within the basement toilet areas and accessibility facilities, Monitor and manage flow through the Turnstiles, provide customer service to the travelling passengers. Duties also include security checks and fire warden duties.\n
\n

\n* Highly motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic\n

\n* An effective communicator with a customer-focused approach\n
\n
\n* Well-presented and committed to delivering excellent service\n
\n
\n* A supportive team player who also shows individual initiative\n
\n
\n* Punctual and have basic numeracy skills, with prior experience in customer assistance.\n
\n
\n* A Customer Service SVQ (advantageous, but not essential)\n
\n
\n* Familiarity with ScotRail customer service and station cleanliness standards.\n
\n
\n* A working understanding of COSHH regulations relevant to cleaning and station maintenance.\n
\n
\n* Basic knowledge of safety protocols and the minor repairs procedure for station equipment and facilities.\n
\n
\n* Computer skills, familiarity with Excel, Word, and Lotus Notes.\n
\n
\nFurther information:\n

\nVarious shifts. Station Grade Area and Internal Relief GPR and RDR posts will have a contractual commitment to work, when required by the company, up to a maximum of 13 Sunday turns per calendar year.\n

\nSalary:\n
\n
\nTrainee salary: £23,816, pro-rata\n
\n
\nAfter training: £32,015, pro-rata\n
\n
