Our Branch Supervisors are an essential part of the store management team, sharing responsibility for a number of key areas throughout the store and deputising for the Store Manager and Senior Team Leader in their absence.
With a natural flair for teamwork, Branch Supervisors enjoy taking responsibility and are confident in thinking on their feet to resolve a variety of everyday challenges - all with a positive outlook while maintaining great customer and colleague relations.
Responsibilities:- Be a key-holder, often opening or closing the store, and ensure store standards are second to none and that the store is safe and legal.
- Motivate the customer service team to provide a professional, friendly and enthusiastic service at all times, leading by example on food preparation and service, food safety, stock management and customer service.
- Share responsibility for a number of key areas throughout the store and deputise for the Store Manager and Senior Team Leader in their absence.
- Previous supervisory experience in retail, particularly in grocery or food to go, would be an advantage.
- Strong customer service and team working skills; capable of working effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Willingness to undertake a comprehensive induction and training program to quickly get up to speed with the business.
- To comply with alcohol licensing legislation, applicants must be aged 18 or over.
