Responsibilities Share responsibility for a number of key areas throughout the store and deputise for the Store Manager and Senior Team Leader in their absence.
Be a key-holder, often opening or closing the store, and ensure store standards are second to none and that the store is safe and legal.
Motivate the customer service team to provide a professional, friendly and enthusiastic service at all times, leading by example on food preparation and service, food safety, stock management and customer service.
Qualifications and Requirements While previous supervisory experience in retail, particularly in grocery or food to go, would be an advantage, we are looking to hear from anyone with great customer service and team working skills.

To ensure that we comply with alcohol licensing legislation applicants must be aged 18 or over.
