Key responsibilities
- Share responsibility for key areas throughout the store and deputise for the Store Manager and Senior Team Leader in their absence.
- Motivate the customer service team to deliver professional, friendly, and enthusiastic service at all times.
- Lead by example in food preparation, food safety, stock management, and customer service.
- Act as a key-holder, often opening or closing the store, ensuring store standards are maintained, and the store is safe and legal.
Candidate requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in retail, especially in grocery or food to go, is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong customer service and team working skills.
- Must be aged 18 or over to comply with alcohol licensing legislation.
