About the team: The Quality Assurance Team at SRUC works to ensure our Further and Higher Education provision meets high academic standards and regulatory requirements. We support staff across all campuses by coordinating quality processes, managing course approvals and verification activity, and providing guidance on academic regulations and assessment. By working closely with awarding bodies and academic teams, we help maintain compliance, enhance the student experience, and uphold the quality and integrity of SRUC's educational offering.

About the opportunity: We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Quality Assurance Co-Coordinator to join our Academic Quality team at SRUC. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and experience in Further or Higher Education to play a key role in supporting and enhancing the quality of our FE and HE provision. The purpose of this role is to support the Quality Assurance Lead in coordinating, maintaining, and applying robust quality assurance processes across SRUC. You will work collaboratively with academic and professional support teams to ensure compliance with internal and external quality requirements, strengthen the student experience, and uphold academic standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys building effective working relationships, and is committed to continuous improvement in education.

Minimum qualifications and experience: To be successful in this role, you will be educated to SCQF Level 7 / 8 (HNC / HND) or have equivalent relevant work experience.
