- Be the go‑to expert: Handle user requests for agent updates, Solidcore enablement/disablement, and resolve agent issues with precision.
- Drive security excellence: Ensure all endpoint tools meet currency requirements and align with global standards.
- Collaborate and innovate: Work closely with security teams and cross‑functional partners to share best practices and deliver exceptional support.
- Shape the future of security: Contribute to IT and business projects by advising on security technologies and operational strategies.

What You Bring:
- Solid understanding of information security principles and operations.
- Hands‑on experience with Windows, Linux, Unix, VMware; storage and backup knowledge is a plus.
- Substantial experience in networking and endpoint security technologies, including: SolidCore, McAfee/Trellix Security Suite (ePO, ENS10, Drive Encryption, Application Control, DLP), Trend Micro IPS & Integrity Monitoring or Tanium (asset).
- Experience in IT production operations and incident response.
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal (English required; Spanish is a bonus).
- Degree or diploma in a computer‑related discipline.
- Professional security certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM) are an asset.
