Role Summary
The Senior Project Leader Development is responsible for leading and coordinating technology projects within International Operations Technology & UCS.
The role ensures compliance, optimizes systems, and manages incident playbooks and vulnerability reviews.
Is this role right for you? In this role you will
- Incident Management: Organize and lead sessions for incident playbook updates and criteria remodification.
- Incident Management: Ensure timely communication of incident-related changes to stakeholders.
- Project Coordination: Manage daily review of tickets (Verint and Genesys Cloud applications).
- Project Coordination: Facilitate weekly sessions for Verint team and vulnerability reviews.
- Communication & Reporting: Provide summary updates of ongoing activities to management.
