What You’ll Do
- Drive Impact: Lead and execute sophisticated transactions with minimal oversight, ensuring flawless delivery for key clients.

- Lead & Inspire: Coach and mentor Analysts and Associates, fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture.

What We’re Looking For
- MBA or finance-focused degree with solid experience in investment banking (ideally as an Analyst and Associate) or oil & gas.
- Hands on M&A and A&D deal execution experience.
- Proven expertise in financial valuation modelling (DCF, LBO, merger models).
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
