This is an exciting opportunity to support Managing Directors and their teams, providing seamless executive support while working at the heart of a dynamic global business. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across multiple international locations, coordinate complex logistics, and play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the team.

The Role

You'll provide proactive support to senior leaders and teams across Global Capital Markets, managing competing priorities in a fast-moving environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating internal and external meetings
  • Arranging international and domestic travel
  • Managing expenses and administrative processes
  • Supporting client meetings, roadshows and events
  • Coordinating onboarding activities for new joiners
  • Building strong relationships across HR, Technology, Compliance and Facilities
  • Preparing presentations and business materials
  • Providing wider team support in a dynamic trading floor environment

What You'll Bring

  • Previous Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Team Assistant experience
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders, ideally within banking, financial services or a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
