Asset Servicing Analyst, Middle Office / GWO / GBM

Position Overview:

Contributes to the overall success of the Asset Servicing team within the GWO Middle Office in the UK & globally, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed and achieved in line with the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities are conducted in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

What You’ll Do:

1. Process all EMEA & UK income (coupon) & redemptions.
2. Manage queries in the coupon claims shared mailbox.
3. Process internal ledger entries & Swift MT202 payments to settle claims.
4. Review and narrate open nostro breaks (cash events) & depot breaks (redemption events) daily.
5. Support Optional Dividend & Corporate Action event processing as secondary coverage.
6. Reconcile books and records, manage event notifications, deadlines, and paydate processing.
7. Liaise with SBL counterparties & internal FO & Ops teams.

What You’ll Bring:

• Detailed knowledge of Security Operations, especially Corporate Actions, Income/Coupon/Redemption processes, and Cash Funding impact.
• Understanding of SBL, Repo, Fixed Income, Prime Services, and Swaps.
• Good knowledge of Equity & Fixed Income securities.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to react to financial risks.
• Knowledge of Euroclear & BNP.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with the Gloss Broadridge system.
