The Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) team in London. This is a high-profile, fast-paced role supporting senior leaders (up to Managing Director level) within a leading international banking environment.
You will act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while playing a key role in enabling the effectiveness of the broader CIB platform across Europe. This is an opportunity to work at the heart of a client-focused, globally connected business where professionalism, discretion, and agility are critical.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide proactive, high-quality support to senior stakeholders (up to MD level), ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
- Manage complex diaries across multiple time zones, coordinating internal and external meetings and acting as a key point of contact.
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for meetings, client engagements and events, including venues, catering and technology requirements.
- Arrange complex international travel, including itineraries, visas and on-the-ground logistics across global offices.
- Manage expenses and approvals in line with internal policies, supporting accurate and timely processing and reporting.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports and briefing materials for senior leadership.
- Support onboarding, team initiatives and broader business operations, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing EA team.
- Maintain a strong focus on risk, compliance and confidentiality in all activities.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience supporting senior stakeholders within a fast-paced, client-facing environment (ideally financial services).
- Exceptional organisational and diary management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including presentation preparation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging at all levels.
- High attention to detail and ability to deliver work to a consistently high standard under pressure.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters.
