We are seeking a skilled QA/QC Inspector to join our client in Fife.

Position Overview:

As a QA/QC Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products. You will be responsible for programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), interpreting technical drawings, and preparing detailed inspection reports. Your expertise will ensure that our products meet all regulatory and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CMM Programming: Develop and execute CMM programs to measure complex parts accurately.
  • Technical Drawings: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to understand product requirements.
  • Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of products and components using various measurement tools and techniques.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed inspection reports documenting findings and ensuring all quality standards are met.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures to uphold product quality.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to quality initiatives.

Requirements:
