- BPM is responsible for leading SGN's Business Process Management (BPM) function and governing the organisation's process management framework, operating models, and business architecture repository.Working closely with business leaders, process owners, architects, and transformation teams, you will drive process excellence, operating model design, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
You will ensure business processes are consistently governed, aligned to business objectives, and support operational efficiency, regulatory requirements, and strategic transformation initiatives.As a trusted advisor, you will help shape future operating models, assess the impact of organisational and technology change, and provide business architecture leadership across major change programmes.We deliver safety, warmth, and comfort to homes and businesses.

You combine strong analytical and governance capabilities with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and translate complex concepts into practical business outcomes.
