Responsibilities
- Accelerate the growth of The Glenlivet globally, supporting the Marketing Manager in shaping long‑term & short‑term brand strategy.
- Act as the brand champion, leading daily communication with the brand company and business units to ensure alignment of global strategy, planning and local implementation.
- Leverage interactions with stakeholders at key business updates (Summits, IBP, RAIMS) to feed, influence and shape the brand plan and deliverables for the GTR channel.
- Understand travel retail consumer behaviours, trends, needs and challenges, applying this knowledge to consumer‑first thinking.
- Review and lead the NPD pipeline, driving the NPD process from planning to launch, managing each gate and coordinating relevant stakeholders (brand company, logistics, finance, business units).
- Drive brand visibility and engagement, with a special focus in ASIA and IMEA regions.
- Develop global brand activations to support launch and ongoing activations, including toolkit development, assets creation, digital/physical consumer experience and in‑store activation coordination with BU.
- Create always‑on brand assets, including merchandising guidelines, communication assets and consumer engagement strategies.
- Work closely with the Consumer Engagement team to develop a 360° consumer communication and engagement plan, covering digital media, OOH, PR and EC & CRM collaboration in key markets.
- Lead collaboration between key domestic markets and BU to maximize synergy.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders (REX, Retail Training, Insight team, logistics, finance, BU).
- Deliver other ad‑hoc brand projects on time, applicable to any brand in the portfolio.
- Manage external partners, including creative agencies, POS and retail design agencies.
- Monitor and manage brand A&P budgets to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives and the annual finance process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the drinks industry, FMCG, premium or luxury markets.
- Experience in both brand and trade/customer marketing is highly preferable.
- Proven record in marketing and the ability to manage multiple initiatives with strong organisational and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Thorough and creative problem‑solving abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and business acumen.
- Can‑do attitude and strong collaboration spirit.
- Energetic, proactive, convivial with strong work ethics.
- Proficient in English (verbal and written).
- Global team or multi‑market experience is a plus.
