Brightwork Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for Production operatives to join our prestigious family-owned drinks client based in Strathclyde Business Park, Bellshill, North Lanarkshire. The rate of pay for Production Operative is £15.59 - £17.63 per hour. Working hours vary weekly depending on client demand, so flexibility is essential. Shifts may be 8 or 12 hours across a range of patterns:

  • Early shift (Mon‑Thurs 6am‑2pm & Friday 6am‑11:30am)
  • Back shift (Mon‑Thurs 2pm‑10pm & Friday 11:30am‑5pm)
  • Night shift (Sunday Midnight‑6am & Mon‑Thurs 10pm‑6am)
  • 12 hour shift (Mon‑Thurs 6am‑6pm & 6pm‑6am)

Applicants must be able to provide a full 2‑year work history for referencing. Due to food hygiene regulations, strict cleanliness standards apply. PPE is provided, and items such as false eyelashes, nail varnish, and jewellery (except a plain wedding band) cannot be worn on shift.

Daily Tasks

  • Hand‑packing products (alcohol)
  • Palletising finished goods
  • Labelling spirits on fast‑paced production lines
  • Conducting visual quality inspections
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping
  • Adhering to all health & safety procedures
