As a Supervisor you will be the strong right arm to your restaurant manager and empowered to run the unit like it’s yours. The role is to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador delivering KFC’s world-famous fried chicken and exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

What you will be doing as a Supervisor:

  • Lead your team to achieve excellent brand standards and customer service
  • Maximise profit by driving sales and controlling costs
  • Process stock counts and orders
  • Partner with the leadership team to set targets for the team to achieve
  • Spend time with Team Members to provide coaching and feedback, identifying training needs
  • Take ownership of customer feedback and respond appropriately and in a timely manner
  • Support the team with preparing food and refreshments

What you’ll bring to us:

  • Previous experience of leading or supervising a team (highly desirable)
  • Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort making decisions
  • Ability to work on one’s own initiative and make reasoned decisions under pressure
  • Understanding of limited or no public transport access at motorway sites and willingness to ensure site access
  • Possibility of growth from shift manager, team leader, or duty manager to management; open to team members aspiring to advance
  • Flexibility to support work‑life balance through compressed schedules or fixed shift patterns
