My global FinTech client, based in London, is looking for a permanent Regulatory Affairs Analyst / Regulatory Affairs Associate to join the team. This is hybrid working – 3 days a week in the London office. Paying £40,000 to £60,000 + benefits.
This role requires project management skills. We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised professional to drive regulatory initiatives, coordinate cross-team activity, and engage key stakeholders. You’ll support strategic priorities, strengthen governance processes, and ensure critical deliverables are met on time.
Key skills:- Regulatory Affairs Experience: Previous experience in a Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Compliance, or Regulatory Change role within banking, financial services, fintech, or a regulatory body.
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to coordinate projects, manage timelines, track deliverables, and work across multiple stakeholders.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Good understanding of financial services regulatory frameworks, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Technical & Organisational Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and document management, with excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Communication & Initiative: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Regulatory Project Coordination: Manage and support regulatory initiatives, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and key deliverables are tracked and delivered effectively.
- Stakeholder & Regulatory Engagement: Coordinate meetings, industry events, webinars, and regulatory interactions while supporting senior stakeholder communications.
- Governance & Compliance Support: Maintain governance processes, regulatory documentation, and reporting to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
