Senior Analyst – Redress Analytics

My global banking client, is looking for a contract Senior Analyst to join its Redress Analytics team. The role will involve supporting complex remediation projects. You’ll identify impacted customers, calculate redress, and deliver actionable insights across commercial banking products. Initial contract until end of December 2025. Based in the Birmingham office, 3 days a week. Paying £570 per day.

Key skills:

• Worked in a Redress based environment
• GCP, SAS, SQL – essential
• Dashboard & MI reporting
• Proven experience in large-scale data analysis
• Strong coding (SAS, SQL, Python)
• Strong stakeholder engagement
• Mentoring experience

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end remediation projects, delivering complex data analysis and validated strategies to support redress activities.
• Produce high-quality documentation and insights, ensuring audit readiness and enabling informed decision-making across the business.
• Act as a key stakeholder liaison and subject matter expert, presenting findings and shaping the analytics pipeline while supporting leadership.
• Mentor analysts and support team development, contributing to tooling adoption, platform migration, and cross-product business awareness.
