We currently have demand for an SC Cleared Junior Systems Administrator. The role will be to maintain, upgrade & manage our client’s hardware & networks for internal operations.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Manage and monitor network servers and technology tools
- Set up accounts and workstations
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
- Troubleshoot issues and outages
- Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd Line Support
- Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models
- Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
- Build internal technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
- Willingness to take on different roles and responsibilities in response to the needs of the business.
Ideally you will have
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role
- Able to work alone & as part of a team
