The role will be to maintain, upgrade & manage our client\’s hardware & networks for internal operations.ResponsibilitiesInstall and configure software and hardwareManage and monitor network servers and technology toolsSet up accounts and workstationsMonitor performance and maintain systems according to requirementsTroubleshoot issues and outagesProvide 1st, 2nd and 3rd Line SupportEnsure security through access controls, backups and firewallsUpgrade systems with new releases and modelsDevelop expertise to train staff on new technologiesBuild internal technical documentation, manuals and IT policiesWillingness to take on different roles and responsibilities in response to the needs of the business.Ideally you will have1+ years of experience in a similar roleAble to work alone & as part of a teamSeniority level AssociateEmployment type Full-timeJob function Information TechnologyIndustries Staffing and Recruiting
