My Client is an investment bank based in London; they are looking for a contract PMO to join their Business Change team. The PMO will be responsible for a combination of governance and administrative duties across all projects that meet the criteria for having a Cost Contribution Agreement (CCA) within the bank. You will be expected to work with a range of IT PM’s & Senior stakeholders, supporting them through the delivery lifecycle of their CCA’s. CCAs & SLAs are intra-group agreements of services provided between the group entities. This is an initial 6 month contract paying £400-£450 per day, hybrid working.

Qualifications

  • Experience with CCA (Cross Charging Agreement) agreements / SLAs Agreements - desirable
  • Worked in Legal / Compliance within a Bank
  • Background in Finance / Accounting - desirable
  • Background in financial administration within IT projects, ideally in investment banking or financial services
  • Strong numerical skills; able to track project actuals and investigate variances
  • Clear communicator with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at presenting information
  • Analytical mindset; confident working with complex data and identifying anomalies
  • Able to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Excel (e.g. PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and other MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Project)
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Confluence, Monday.com, and Ivalua (or similar)
  • Flexible and adaptable to evolving tools and requirements

Responsibilities

  • CCA Governance & Administration
    • Preparing CCA documentation and onboarding contracts to the Ivalua tool
    • Maintaining RAID logs, trackers, and status reports
    • Coordinating CCA-related meetings and communications
    • Acting as liaison between internal teams (Finance, Legal, IT, Tax)
  • Quality Assurance & Control
    • Ensure all tools (e.g. Monday.com, Confluence, Ivalua) are up to date with CCA artefacts, templates, and audit-ready documentation.
    • Create and present CCA portfolio dashboards with metrics and commentary.
    • Maintain data quality and governance for reporting to key forums.
  • SLA Management
    • Develop, maintain, and monitor intra-company SLAs to ensure agreed service standards are met for all outsourced IT services.
    • Track performance metrics and produce regular SLA compliance reports.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review and update the IT service catalogue as business needs evolve.
  • Recharge Process
    • Validate cost allocation methodologies and ensure compliance with internal policies.
