My Client is a Global consumer brand in London; they are looking for a contract Marketing Lead to join the team. We are looking for a strong Marketing Leader with extensive experience in DTC product marketing across the paid channels. Based in London, 4 days a week in the office. Contract until end of July. Rate is c£450 per day (Inside IR35).

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong experience across paid media channels, CRM/email marketing, customer segmentation, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Leadership & Coaching: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams while driving accountability and high performance.
  • Analytical & Commercial Mindset: Data-driven approach with strong budget management skills and focus on delivering measurable business results.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience presenting strategy and performance to senior leadership.
  • Brand & Campaign Management: Experience managing creative planning, agencies/freelancers, and delivering high-quality, customer-focused marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead and develop the marketing team, providing coaching, direction, and performance management to build a high-performing culture.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Oversee cross-channel marketing strategy across paid media, CRM, email, and customer acquisition to drive revenue growth and brand performance.
  • Data & Customer Insights: Use data, segmentation, and analytics to inform decision-making, optimise campaigns, and improve customer engagement strategies.
  • Operational & Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets, processes, and prioritisation frameworks to ensure efficient, scalable, and results-driven execution.
  • Stakeholder & Brand Management: Partner with senior leadership, agencies, and external partners to deliver consistent brand experiences and communicate strategy and performance effectively.
