My global banking client, based in London, is looking for an IRR PRA Business Analyst to join the London team. My client submitted the Regulatory Reporting Enhancement Programme (RREP) plan to the PRA, outlining the remediation required across the scope of the Group's regulatory reporting. The Programme will run for 4 years and will deliver end-to-end remediation of the governance and control findings across our regulatory reporting landscape.
12 month contract on a Hybrid basis (London), paying £705 per day.
Responsibilities
- Exposure to Risk Management concepts, ideally Wholesale Credit Risk and Regulatory Reporting
- Familiarity with counterparty data structures (entity resolution, aggregation)
- Familiarity with credit risk mitigation techniques (collateral haircuts, indirect exposure)
- Familiarity with the Standardised Approach for Counterparty Credit Risk (SA-CCR) and Large Exposure Reporting framework will be advantageous
- Experience with data analysis in enterprise-size databases (SQL, Python)
- Solid experience with data analysis in SQL
- Experience with Finance and Risk data stores
- Formal communication skills in an analytical context: data flows, data models, documentation of complex calculations
- Experience in data reconciliation and validation, ideally in a Finance function
