Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of accountants, ensuring high performance and development.
- Manage the allocation of weekly workloads and review the team’s output for accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as the face of the practice, liaising directly with clients to build long-term relationships.
- Oversee business growth initiatives in partnership with the senior leadership team, including the Head of Accounting, Marketing, and Sales.
- Support the strategic planning process, contributing to the growth and development of the practice.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices, including AML, KYC, and CCO.
- Stay current on industry trends, tax laws, and accounting standards to ensure the practice remains competitive.
- ACCA-qualified or significant QBE with experience in managing a team.
- A proven track record in client management and operational leadership.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on growth and improving practice performance.
- Ability to drive practice development, including introducing new services and expanding the client base.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership.
