Opportunity for Experienced Practice Manager/Senior Accounting Manager

A leading firm, based in the Blackpool area, is looking for a Practice Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, proactive professional who is eager to make a significant impact on business growth and lead a talented team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of accountants, ensuring high performance and development.
• Manage the allocation of weekly workloads and review the team’s output for accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as the face of the practice, liaising directly with clients to build long-term relationships.
• Oversee business growth initiatives in partnership with the senior leadership team, including the Head of Accounting, Marketing, and Sales.
• Support the strategic planning process, contributing to the growth and development of the practice.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices, including AML, KYC, and CCO.
• Stay current on industry trends, tax laws, and accounting standards to ensure the practice remains competitive.

Ideal Candidate:

• ACCA-qualified or significant QBE with experience in managing a team.
• A proven track record in client management and operational leadership.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on growth and improving practice performance.
• Ability to drive practice development, including introducing new services and expanding the client base.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership.

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive salary of £55k – £65k, with a performance-based bonus.
