I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Infrastructure & Voice Engineer to support a major enterprise-wide Telephony Transformation Programme, helping migrate legacy voice platforms to modern unified communications solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile transformation programme delivering secure, large-scale communications infrastructure across complex environments.

Key responsibilities:

  • Configure, test, and deploy VoIP/SIP, SBCs, MS Teams Phone, and call routing solutions
  • Support migration activities including number porting, handset deployments, and legacy system decommissioning
  • Troubleshoot telephony, infrastructure, and integration issues across voice and network environments
  • Support discovery activities, site audits, pilot rollouts, and phased migrations
  • Conduct testing, failover validation, and user acceptance support
  • Produce technical documentation, configuration records, and handover materials
  • Work closely with network teams, suppliers, and key business stakeholders throughout delivery

Key experience required:

  • Strong background in voice, infrastructure, or unified communications engineering
  • Hands-on experience with VoIP, SIP, SBCs, and enterprise call routing
  • Proven delivery experience within migration or transformation programmes
  • Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder engagement skills
