The Role

  • Design, build and maintain secure cloud infrastructure.
  • Develop and optimise CI/CD pipelines to improve software delivery.
  • Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Deploy and manage containerised applications.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot and enhance platform performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver secure solutions.
  • Ensure environments meet stringent security and compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across DevOps practices and tooling.

About You

You'll ideally have experience with:

  • Active SC Clearance or MOD DV Clearance (essential).
  • Experience in a DevOps, Platform Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role.
  • Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
  • Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation or similar tools.
  • CI/CD platforms including Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
  • Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Scripting with Bash, Python or PowerShell.
  • Linux administration.
  • Git version control.
  • Monitoring, logging and observability tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a collaborative approach to problem‐solving.
