We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team in Glasgow. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to kick start their marketing career, whether you are a recent graduate or have always had an interest in marketing and social media. Working alongside the Group Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive, the successful candidate will support the team with social media, campaigns, content creation, employee uniforms, events and more.
Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday at our Glasgow depot.
Key role responsibilities include:
- Events coordination and logistics
- Artwork creation in Canva
- Uniform and overall administration
- New starter process support
- Social media scheduling
- Content creation
- Website updates
- CRM and mailing list maintenance
- Internal communications support
- Blog writing
- Supporting off-site events
- Customer survey administration and reporting
- General support in delivering marketing activity across the Group
The ideal candidate will have:
- Marketing experience or a relevant qualification (advantageous but not essential)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work under their own initiative
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An interest in learning about the construction and agriculture industries
