We are looking for an experienced Parts Supervisor to join our team in Alnwick. As a Parts Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the Parts Department. You will sell to construction and agricultural businesses; whether they be existing, lapsed, or new customers, where you will be required to identify and satisfy customer equipment requirements for parts across the full range of JCB machines for repair, service or maintenance.

This is a vital role in the business as you will be one of the first points of contact with our customers, therefore you must have excellent communication and organisational skills.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7.30am-5.30pm, plus Saturday morning 7.30am-Midday. Saturday shifts will be covered in a rota with our Parts team at Newcastle.
