We are looking for an Agricultural Sales Support Coordinator to join our busy team in Forfar. This is primarily an office-based administration and coordination role supporting our sales team. The role involves arranging machine transport, updating systems, handling customer queries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the smooth movement of machinery through the business. The role is approximately 80% office-based administration and system coordination, with around 20% spent in the yard or meeting customers as required. This is not a target-driven sales role. This role involves:
- Customer Support & Sales Administration
- Responding to customer enquiries and directing opportunities to the appropriate member of the sales team
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and manufacturer sales representatives
- Responding quickly and professionally to inbound customer enquiries from the Scot Agri website, digital campaigns, and marketing activity
- Proactively making outbound calls to progress opportunities and follow up on open enquiries
- Identifying opportunities for equipment demonstrations or dealer visits
- Supporting the sales team by arranging appointments, preparing information, and ensuring enquiries are recorded accurately
- Maintaining consistent follow-up with customers to avoid missed opportunities
- Providing a professional and helpful point of contact for customers and colleagues
