Bill Of Materials Engineer – Technology Manufacturing Surrey | £32,000 – £40,000 | Permanent We are seeking a BOM Engineer to join a leading technology manufacturing business in Surrey. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of engineering, manufacturing processes, and BOM management . Key Responsibilities: Create, review, and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOMs) for new and existing products. Collaborate with engineering, production, and procurement teams to ensure BOM accuracy and efficiency. Manage multi-level BOM structures, part numbers, and revisions within ERP/MRP systems. Implement engineering change orders (ECOs/ECNs) and update documentation accordingly. Support cost analysis, material sourcing, and inventory planning . Key Requirements: Engineering or technical degree (or equivalent experience). Experience working with ERP/MRP and PLM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Windchill). Understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and engineering drawings . Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage structured data .
