As the business continues to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic and driven Manufacturing Project Manager to join the team and play a critical role in delivering high-impact engineering projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading engineering projects from concept to delivery, ensuring technical and commercial objectives are met on time.
• Working closely with the Engineering Manager to coordinate teams in Surrey and remotely across global locations.
• Creating and managing detailed project plans, tracking milestones and key deliverables.
• Implementing project controls, reporting on KPIs and maintaining clear documentation.
• Coordinating with Purchasing and suppliers to oversee prototype builds and optimise sourcing.
• Managing risks and proactively implementing corrective actions when needed.
• Supporting engineering teams and facilitating review meetings, capturing actions and driving progress.
• Championing continuous improvement in project processes and delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in project management within a manufacturing or engineering setting.
• Strong grasp of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, APM preferred).
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Exceptional communicator with strong stakeholder engagement ability.
• Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
• Ideally Degree-qualified in Engineering or related field.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to other UK sites.
