Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced MIG & TIG Welder to join our manufacturing team, specializing in welding 1.2mm T304 stainless steel. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality welds on exhaust components and ensuring all work meets our strict quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on 1.2mm T304 stainless steel to create high-quality exhaust components.
- Ensure all welding processes are completed to the highest quality standards, maintaining consistent weld integrity and appearance.
- Set up and maintain welding equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and adhering to safety guidelines.
- Inspect finished components for defects, ensuring they meet quality control standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to comply with health and safety regulations.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times.
- Continuously seek to improve welding techniques.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding, with a focus on stainless steel (1.2mm T304).
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques, safety protocols, and materials.
- Experience working with performance exhaust systems or automotive parts is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:
