We’re looking for a driven Business Development Representative to join our team in the UK! As a BDR at Scoro, you’ll play a key role in generating new business opportunities to drive our growth. Your responsibilities will include booking outbound meetings through a combination of cold calls, emails, social outreach, networking or events. You’ll engage with key decision makers to qualify leads for sales conversations and work closely with the wider marketing and sales team to turn prospects into qualified opportunities. This role is an ideal fit for you if you feel best connecting with prospects over the phone and describe yourself as ambitious, optimistic and results-driven.
Our UK team is working fully remote, but meeting occasionally for events and twice per year in Estonia for Global Week. If this sounds interesting to you, send your application. We don’t have a set deadline and will begin reviewing candidates immediately.
What you’ll do:
- Generate opportunities: Book outbound meetings through cold calling, email outreach, social channels, and networking.
- Collaborate: Work closely with Account Executives and the wider marketing team to move opportunities further down the funnel at the right time.
- Nurture prospects: Engage C-level and Director-level stakeholders, earn trust and nurture relationships through sharing timely educational materials, event invites and more.
- Own your work: Keep track of your active pipeline and potential opportunities to ensure timely reengagement or lead capture.
You’d be a great fit if you:
- Have experience in a sales or customer-facing role where you’ve worked with performance targets and consistently met or exceeded them, ideally in SaaS or tech companies.
- Are comfortable with high-volume outreach and enjoy connecting with prospects over the phone.
- Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence and remain positive and focused on your targets, even in challenging situations.
- Are great at time management and prioritisation and know what to focus on to drive the most impact.
- Have excellent communication skills, and can explain complex topics easily to different audiences.
- Genuinely enjoy sales and are motivated to keep learning and improving in the role.
- Are curious and proactive about trying new tools, methods and approaches to continuously improve your output.

- Experience in exceeding targets while selling SaaS to C-Suite Executives in the professional services industries (e.g., marketing, advertising, architecture, consultancy).
- Previous experience with tools such as Hubspot, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- An interest in technical details and software, demonstrating curiosity about industry trends, innovations and sales.
