We are looking for an experienced Trust & Safety leader to join our Player Safety team at Scorewarrior. The Player Safety team is at the forefront of safeguarding the community integrity through enforcing Fair & Safe Play, improving moderation efforts, and ensuring operational excellence.

Scorewarrior is a game developer and publisher based in Limassol, Cyprus. The company focuses on the 4X strategy genre, with an ambitious goal to grow its hit game, Total Battle, to become the No.1 strategy game in the world. Our team consists of 200+ passionate, talented, self-driven, and continually developing professionals who love making high-quality games.

Our product: We are currently working on Total Battle — an MMO 4X strategy game with a deep political system and lots of player interaction. Players take on the role of a commander and need to develop their city, forge alliances, fight against monsters, and conquer other players. We’re constantly developing new game mechanics, and the project is continuing to grow.

At the heart of our Player Care department, our mission is to excite our players with exceptional customer care, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their journey with us.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create standardized legal cases’ escalation and resolution policies.
  • Collaborate with product and legal teams to create standardized internal Terms of Service violation and player-facing Fair Play policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to establish long-term content moderation strategy prioritizing compliance and existing operational constraints.
  • Build a team that would enforce the created policies within internally established or compliance-mandated SLAs.

What you have:

  • Background in Trust & Safety in game development.
  • Proven experience building successful Fair Play practices in video games.
  • Proven record of establishing legally compliant content moderation practices in video games.
  • Proven record of establishing standardized CRM legal escalation frameworks.
  • Experience building teams of A players.
  • Proven ability to coordinate work between multiple stakeholder teams within tight deadlines.
  • Ability to understand business needs and convert them into actionable roadmaps considering resource constraints in place.
  • Solid understanding of AI technologies and LLM-powered systems.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Knowledge of Tableau.
  • Solid knowledge of ClickHouse and any related DBMS editors (Datagrip/Colab and similar).
