- Home Type: 4 Bedded EBD home – therapeutic PACE / DDP approach
- Location: Redditch, Worcestershire
- Basic Pay: Up to £17 p/h + £70 per sleep-in
- Overall package: £36,840 - £39,360 p/a (based on 5-8 sleep-ins per month)
- Additional Bonuses: Performance-related bonuses for the whole team!
- Shift pattern: 7:00-22:30, 1 on 2 off OR 2 on 4 off – you decide!
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Childcare Practitioner to start afresh within a brand-new children’s home organisation opening their first children’s home in Redditch. The senior management and directorship team have an incredible background with 60+ years’ experience in Children’s Social Care. The Director has 40 years in the industry, is a widely respected senior management consultant, and was previously an Ofsted inspector themselves.
The home itself is currently going through registration and is due their visit from Ofsted in August. This will operate as a 4 Bedded EBD home with a keen focus on PACE and DDP. You will be supporting up to four children aged 7-17 that display complex needs and trauma.
