The Wellhead Field Service Technician is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of wellhead equipment and systems. The Wellhead FST is a globally deployable role, capable of supporting operations wherever required including offshore, on-site, or at any remote Score facility. Their deployment is determined by operational needs, ensuring timely and effective support at the point of requirement.

Responsibilities
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructions
- Overhaul and recertification of Xmas Tree and Wellhead related equipment
- Overhaul, test and recertification of all API Gate Valves
- Overhaul, test and recertification of all linear actuator types
- Troubleshooting and problem solving of all valve and actuator issues
- Provide core competence in use of valve flushing and sealant injection services
- Provide core competence in use of all torque and tensioning equipment
- Execution of risk assessments and hazard assessments on all related work scopes
- Deliver toolbox talks on all related work scopes
- Supervise teams on a campaign or shutdown basis
- Conduct site/offshore surveys and produce detailed reports of the equipment detailed above in accordance with the client and/or the company’s requirements
- Responsible for storage and return of all materials, equipment and tooling from the off-site location
- Accept responsibility for well control as / where required
- Report to focal point on a regular basis and hand in timesheets in a timely manner
- Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience working with wellhead systems and pressure control equipment
- Relevant technical certification or apprenticeship (e.g., Mechanical Engineering)
- Knowledge of API standards and OEM specifications
- Offshore survival and medical certificates (e.g., BOSIET/FOET, OGUK medical) – preferred
- Ability to work in challenging environments, including offshore and remote areas
