The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
The Component Manufacturing Scheduler will be responsible for maintaining all new manufacture work orders for Machine Shop and Tube cell. You will be responsible for the preparation of monthly schedules for assigned departments in coordination with overall master schedule. Ensure planned scopes can be carried out in the time frame given. Communicate changes/slips to work orders directly to planner/Team Leader.

Primary responsibilities
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructions.
- Carry out daily production surveillance in relevant departments.
- Ensure all work orders are on track / re-schedule where necessary on a daily basis.
- Highlighting risks to schedule/forecast to the Planner.
- Participate in Sales & Operations Planning meetings.
- Issue priority lists to relevant departments, ensuring they are working on the correct priorities.
- Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications and Experience
- Production Scheduling experience gained within a manufacturing environment.
- Preference for Microsoft 365 or Planning software advantageous but not essential.
- Understanding of ERP systems & excellent Excel knowledge
