We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial performance of our organization, including its international subsidiaries. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing profitability, and ensuring the organization meets its strategic and financial objectives.
Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement the company’s commercial strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to identify growth opportunities across global markets.
Financial Performance Management
- Monitor the commercial performance of the group and its subsidiaries, including revenue, profit margins, and cost management.
- Establish and oversee a comprehensive set of key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure success and drive accountability.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and report findings to senior leadership.
- Lead initiatives to expand market share, drive sales, and enhance customer relationships.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align commercial activities with business objectives.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to regional and subsidiary commercial teams.
