Overview
In this role, you will help assure SCOR’s expanding use of digital technologies and AI-enabled solutions by applying your expertise in technology, data, AI development, testing, governance and risk management. You will support audits across technology, data, automation and AI-related risks, while also shaping the GIA’s future through data analytics, automation and AI tools. You will work closely with GIA and SCOR’s Technology & Data communities to bridge innovation with risk-based assurance, driving tangible impact and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Support audits of technology platforms, data management, automation initiatives, AI solutions and emerging tech.
- Evaluate design and effectiveness of governance, risk management, and controls for technology and AI activities.
- Review AI solutions, ML models and agents for governance, explainability, fairness and regulatory compliance.
- Perform risk assessments and identify technology and AI risks for audit planning.
- Develop automated testing and continuous auditing capabilities; create dashboards and data-driven insights.
- Design and deploy AI-enabled tools, automation, and intelligent agents to support audit execution.
- Contribute to the Internal Audit technology and innovation roadmap.
- Collaborate with Technology, Data & AI teams to understand architectures, risks and controls; mentor auditors on tech topics.
Key requirements
- 3-5+ years in AI development, data engineering, data science, technology consulting, software engineering, automation, technology risk, IT audit or digital transformation.
- Hands-on experience designing, building, deploying, testing or reviewing technology, automation, data analytics or AI solutions.
- Experience with Databricks, Palantir Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Snowflake, Dataiku or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, Retrieval Augmented Generation, multi-agent systems, ML or predictive analytics.
- Experience with AI and data solution lifecycle controls (data quality, data lineage, model testing, access controls, monitoring, explainability, governance).
- Strong data analytics capability (Python, SQL, Spark, Power BI, Tableau).
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business risks, controls, and audit conclusions.
