Job Description
This is a remote position.
Are you a growth-focused digital marketer with strong PPC expertise and the ability to identify, test, and scale opportunities across multiple marketing channels?
If you’re analytical, adaptable, and thrive in a dynamic remote environment, we’d love to hear from you!
At Scopic, we do marketing not only for our own global software brand but also for clients through our digital marketing agency, Scopic Studios.
This means no two days are the same—you’ll work on diverse projects, across industries, and in collaboration with a team of 250+ professionals in 60+ countries.
This is a full-time remote position.
What your day-to-day will look like
- Independently plan, launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, paid social, display, and remarketing.
- Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, acquisition costs, and return on investment.
- Planning, implementing, and tracking digital marketing campaigns (email marketing, social media, content, paid campaigns).
- Develop and execute growth experiments across paid advertising, landing pages, email marketing, content, social media, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct market, audience, keyword, and competitor research to identify new acquisition and growth opportunities.
- Writing, proofreading, and editing SEO-driven content independently (minimal briefs; you’ll research and structure content yourself).
- Brainstorming and developing creative marketing campaigns for both Scopic and Scopic Studios clients.
- Optimizing web content and campaigns for visibility, engagement, and conversion.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
- Managing multiple projects in parallel while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
The skills and traits we’re looking for
- 4+ years of hands-on digital or growth marketing experience across multiple channels.
- Strong practical expertise in PPC, with proven experience independently managing and optimizing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns.
- Proven experience managing and scaling PPC campaigns with clear, data-backed results.
- Demonstrated experience improving meaningful performance metrics such as qualified leads, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, cost per lead, ROAS, or revenue.
- Proven problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset—able to identify challenges and propose smart, data-driven solutions.
- Experience designing, prioritizing, and evaluating marketing experiments rather than relying only on established campaign routines.
- Strong understanding of the complete acquisition funnel, from traffic generation and targeting to landing-page conversion, lead quality, and nurturing.
- Ability to identify the main constraint affecting growth and recommend practical, prioritized solutions.
- Experience auditing underperforming campaigns, funnels, or channels and turning findings into actionable plans.
- Strong knowledge of campaign structure, keyword strategy, bidding, targeting, negative keywords, audience segmentation, creative testing, and budget allocation.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and SEO-optimized content independently.
- Broader experience in at least two additional areas such as email marketing, lead generation, conversion optimization, content marketing, SEO, social media, or marketing automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work with incomplete data, question assumptions, and explain your reasoning.
- Versatile and adaptable—able to quickly learn new tools, industries, and campaign types.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute creative ideas.
Bonus points if you have
- Experience with B2B lead generation and longer sales cycles.
- Experience with landing-page optimization and conversion rate optimization.
- Experience with email automation, lead nurturing, and CRM-based campaigns.
- Experience developing or managing structured growth experimentation programs.
- Familiarity with Word Press, Google Search Console, and Google Data Studio.
- Familiarity with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
