Scopely is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our unannounced project in Barcelona on a hybrid basis or at any of our remote locations in the UK, Portugal, and Ireland.

We are in the early stages of development on an ambitious, unannounced, cross-platform Strategy/MMO featuring a well-known IP. You have the opportunity to join a highly experienced team to make a lasting impact on one of the next big releases.
What You Will Do
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Drive the roadmap and technical requirements for platform systems, backend services, and tooling needed to support a global, live-operated mobile/PC game.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership in daily tasks and larger projects, ensuring quality and timely execution.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Help define technical KPIs, monitor performance, and identify areas of optimisation or risk.
- Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a vocal and proactive member of the team, actively communicate complex ideas clearly, and maintain visibility with upper management and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and address potential issues.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in technical product management and/or software engineering in the games industry or a relevant tech environment.
- Experience writing technical specifications, translating product needs into system-level requirements.
- Skilled in managing backlogs, setting goals, and choosing the right tools and techniques to achieve high-quality results.
- Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs and communicate risks or constraints to non-technical stakeholders.
