Scopely is looking for a Project Manager for content moderation to serve on and elevate our new casual game, Monopoly GO!, team in Spain, the UK, or Ireland.

The Monopoly GO! team is one of our key franchises and has just become one of Scopely’s largest games. The teams sit globally, with the bulk of their members located throughout Spain and the US.
What You Will Do
As the Moderation Project Manager, you will be single-handledly responsible for setting up the systems, defining the policies and guiding the work of a small outsourced team to design a safe chat experience for our players.
- Utilise project management skills to oversee the entire lifecycle of game-related content moderation projects
- Set up systems to allow for efficient workflows and quick identification of high risk content
- Define moderation and escalation policies based on outcomes and prioritise player value at every level of design
- Manage a team of external outsourced moderators, including training and performance monitoring
- Partner with the wider Player Care to ensure that the documentation and processes allow for a seamless experience across different player touchpoints
- Contribute to the success of the game through innovative technology and processes to ensure that the chat is a core part of the player experience
- Employ data analysis competencies to monitor and report on project metrics and KPIs to ensure deliverables meet the highest quality standards
- Work in close partnership with Product and Technology stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective management of timelines and deliverables
- Provide holistic insights leading to direct improvements of player experience in the game
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in the tech industry
- Experience with online content moderation, either professionally or casually
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion based on business case and expected impact
- Proven leadership abilities with experience working across different teams in a dynamic environment
- Experience with data and BI presentation tools (Looker, Tableau, …)
- A passion for making players enjoy world class mobile, social and casual game
