Scopely is looking for a Senior QA Analyst, Web Services to join our Monopoly Go! team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis or in the UK on a remote basis. What You Will Do

  • Reporting to the Ecosystem QA Manager, you will be part of a cross‑functional pod responsible for ensuring the quality of the Web Portal – known as the “Tycoon Club” – supporting our flagship title, Monopoly Go!
  • You’ll collaborate with internal and external teams to support feature and content releases from concept through to launch, ensuring a high standard of quality across the Web Portal.
  • As a key contributor to QA at Scopely, you’ll help evolve our processes, tools, and ways of working to continuously improve quality outcomes.
  • Own the end-to-end quality of your pod’s deliverables, ensuring high standards in both functionality and user experience.
  • Track and clearly communicate progress, priorities, risks, and quality trade‑offs across releases, ensuring alignment with stakeholders, timelines, and business needs.
  • Support release management for the Web Portal, proactively identifying risks and ensuring smooth delivery within a team‑managed release pipeline, including validation of LiveOps and configuration‑driven changes.
  • Contribute early in the development lifecycle by reviewing briefs and designs, identifying risks and gaps (“shift‑left” approach).
  • Leverage AI‑powered tools to improve efficiency and coverage, design and execute clear test strategies and plans, including scope, estimates, and resource requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to understand changes in scope and assess cross‑functional impact.
  • Perform hands‑on testing while driving accountability for quality across your pod.
  • Investigate live issues with Customer Support and Live Ops teams, driving timely resolution and addressing root causes.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute test suites and cases tailored to web features and services.
  • Coordinate with external QA teams to ensure quality output, alignment, coverage, and consistent standards.
  • Drive and improve QA best practices, process standardisation, and continuous improvement across pods.

  • Experience with web testing (debugging tools, browser/device compatibility, network throttling).
  • Familiarity with APIs and backend systems.
  • Familiarity / interest with web automation testing.
  • Understanding of payment flows, store functionality, and account systems.
  • Experience working with cross‑platform/server configurations.
